1321 Studios Referral Program Terms and Conditions
When you refer a friend to 1321 Studios and they book us as their exclusive wedding videographer, you will get a check for $100 and they will receive $100 off of the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Package.
1. In order to be eligible to refer friends, you ("Referrer") must use the referral form located at http://www.1321studios.com/referral.php to refer your friends ("Referral Customer").
2. This offer is only valid if the Referral Customer books a package for $999 or more.
3. The Referrer will receive a $100 check for each person you refer that books a wedding with 1321 Studios. This excludes any existing customers already paying for one of the 1321 Studios videography packages. There is no limit to the number of Referral Customers a Referrer can refer.
4. Only one sum of $100 will be granted per each new referral account. If multiple Referrers claim the same Referral Customer, 1321 Studios will have sole discretion to identify the Referrer for such referral.
5. The Referrer will only be given a $100 check if the Referral Customer books 1321 Studios as it's exclusive wedding videographer and pays 1321 Studios the full monetary sum of the package agreed upon by 1321 Studios and the Referral Customer.
6. Once 1321 Studios receives the full monetary sum of the package agreed upon by 1321 Studios and the Referral Customer, 1321 Studios will contact the Referrer using the email address the Referrer provided in the email form. In this email, 1321 Studios will inform Referrer he or she is eligible for a $100 check. If Referrer does not reply to the email or get in contact with 1321 Studios 30 days after 1321 Studios emails Referrer, Referrer forfeits the $100 check.
7. Once 1321 Studios receives confirmation and a mailing address from the Referrer, as described in section 6 of these terms and conditions, 1321 Studios will mail a check to the address provided by the Referrer for $100 USD within 30 days of receipt of Referrer's address.
8. If Referrer refers 6 or more people to the 1321 Studios Referral Program, Referrer will have to fill out a W-4 form and submit it to 1321 Studios.
9. Referrer cannot refer themselves as a Referral Customer.
